for establishing your skills and creditability. These documents could contain different certifications, awards or similar. We store this data in order to provide list of these skills and certifications on your profile.
for making sure you fulfill legal requirements. These documents could contain for example drivers license (transport), criminal record extract (babysitting services) etc. We store this data to be sure, that you fulfill legal requirements for the service you offer.

For professionals offering their services we also collect documents that they provide us with and calendar information.

We use the “visitor action pixels” from Facebook on our service. This allows user behavior to be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider’s website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This enables us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. The data collected in this way is anonymous to us, i.e. we do not see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook, and they may link this information to your Facebook account and also use it for its own promotional purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s Data Usage Policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). 5. How do we handle your logins via third party?

Our Sites offers you the ability to register and login using your third party account details. Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your provider. Those external services which are not hosted in EEA, comply with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States and has certified its compliance with it. As such, these companies are committed to subjecting all personal information received from European Union (EU) member countries, in reliance on the Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework’s applicable Principles. A company is responsible for the processing of personal information it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf.

In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

7. How long do we keep your information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 1 year past the termination of your account.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
